Q : WHAT QUALITY AND METHOD OF PRINTING AND PAPER ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS PRINTED ON ?

A : Your photograph is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Cotton Art Paper. This softly textured paper is versatile and displays impressive pictorial depth. Features a matte surface with a limited amount of optical brightener to ensure product consistency.

White borders are included on all prints unless you have requested otherwise. The border will include a signature and edition number.

Each print will be delivered with Certificate of Authenticity.

Q : DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING ?

A : Not yet but we have some good news for you ! Here at Oliver Fly Print Shop, we are currently working hard to be able to include custom framing in our services expected to be available beginning of 2021

Q : CAN I PURCHASE A PRINT OF AN IMAGE I SAW ON YOUR INSTAGRAM @OLIVERFLYPHOTOGRAPHY ?

A : We are happy to answer to any specific requests you may have. Please contact us at customerservice@oliverflyprintshop.com with a printscreen of this image and the size of your print.

Q : HOW TO HANDLE THE PRINT WHEN IT WILL BE RECEIVED ?

A : Here at Oliver Fly Print Shop we really care about our photographs and prints. To avoid fingerprints, we recommend to use cotton art handling gloves (included as complimentary into the shipping tube) to prevent fingerprints or other potential blemishes.

SHIPPING

Q : HOW IS MY PHOTOGRAPH PACKAGED ?

A : All Oliver Fly Print Shop orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks. Our Limited Edition Prints will be carefully wrapped in a white acid-free tissue paper and posted in a solid, cardboard shipping tube suitable for international shipping with full protection in transit. Oversized works are shipped directly by our printer.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION ?

A : All EU orders will be processed and delivered within 10 business days. Our packages are shipped via (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork. Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 business days.

Q : DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ?

A: International orders are shipped via (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). Orders will be processed in 10 business days and delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

Q : WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS/CUSTOMS ?

A : All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

Q : HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

A : All our packages are tracked and traced. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package has shipped.

Q : WHAT IF MY PRINT IS DAMAGED ?

A : Oliver Fly Prints are custom printed on demand, in case of damage or print issue, please send an email to customerservice@oliverflyprintshop.com and our fabulous customer service team will take care of you by sending you a new one free of charge as a replacement.
